4 ways not to care what other people think..

We’re only human and sometimes we get way to concerned with what others think of us. Here’s a few things to remember when you get caught in this trap to help you release the need to care about what others think.
 
1. Remember you're not that important
Yep, you’re not that special to those people that you might be worrying about. Think about how many thoughts you have in the day, or at any one time, and remember everyone else is going through the same thing. So this means they’re probably not thinking about, obsessing over or judging you, they’re most likely thinking about themselves in some way.

2. Remember opinions do not equal truth
Everyone has an opinion, on everything. What we need to remember is that just because someone has an option, this doesn’t make it true. Sometimes you’ll never see eye-to-eye with people but that doesn’t make you wrong, or them right. The only opinion you ever need to worry about is your own.

3. Remember to love yourself
Treat yourself how you treat those closest to you - with love and respect. When you start to love yourself, you will be less inclined to worry about others think and you won't need their approval. 

4. Remember the big picture
Are you really going to let what someone may be thinking about you get in the way of living your healthy and happiest life? Remember this every time you get caught up worry about someone else thoughts to bring you back down to earth.
